health food produced by fermentation of soybean isoflavones extracts with Basidiomycetes.
GCP contains rich levels of isoflavone aglycones, especially genistein, as well
as rich in polysaccharides delivered from Basidiomycetes. Isoflavone glucoside
is successfully transformed into isoflavone aglycones by using B-glucosidase-producing
basidiomycetes by our own original technology. As a result, GCP combines the therapeutic
properties of Genistein and Basidiomycetes polysaccharides.
